About

We started out in 1905 when Antoni Bigaj began providing woodworking services to the local community, personally crafting furniture, wooden stairs, doors and windows. The next generation assumed management in 1947’ and directed the  company’s production toward coffins. In spite of the unfavourable economic conditions of the communist doctrine, the business continued to thrive, and in 1982, in the third generation’s keeping, became export-oriented, exploiting it’s own sawmill as a base of operations.

The company currently produces high quality funeral supplies like ash caskets, urns, wooden crosses and wooden memorial plaques. We export to Germany, Ireland and to England. Every product is superbly constructed and finished, up to an exceptional standard in solid American red oak, European oak, alder, beech and pine.
